Due to demand, some parts may be out of stock. Generally, you will be charged at the time of the original order and the missing item(s) will ship prepaid as soon as possible. You may cancel a back order at any time, unless already shipped. If canceled, please allow up to 30 days for refund.
SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME
There is handling time for all items. Most items will ship by Fedex ground. On occasion handling times may be extended as orders are processed in the order they are received.
We do ship internationally, however you must contact us about rates & carriers used for your location.
Please open and inspect your order as soon as possible. All of our shipments are insured and insurance claims can only be paid if certain conditions are met for the carrier. For these conditions to be met, you must retain the original packaging, parts, box, and any other contents, regardless of whether it was damaged or not, for carrier inspection. In the event of a damaged item in a shipment, it is essential that the shipment and its entire contents (box, packaging and parts) are kept together for inspection by the carrier. Without it, claims may not be paid. We are here to help! Call us immediately with the tracking number from the packing label in order to get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
Please open and inspect your order as soon as possible. Missing parts must be reported within five days of receiving your order. If you find missing parts, please contact us immediately.
Parts may be exchanged or returned for a refund less a 25% restocking fee, and shipping is non-refundable. All returns must be complete and in original packaging. Due to the nature of the Alien Enclosure product line, all returns must be complete and all parts must be non-modified as sent to the customer with all parts returned. No partial returns will be accepted. In order to be returned, the product must not be modified, and must not show signs of misuse, alteration, installation or neglect. All returns must be packaged properly and insured. We will not accept parts damaged in transit due to improper packaging. Please contact us prior to return to arrange for a returned goods authorization (RGA) number. All returns must include an RGA number and a copy of the original invoice. All shipments must be properly packaged, insured and shipped at your expense. Please allow up to 30 days to process all refunds.
Alien Enclosures warrants that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for 90 days effective from the invoice date. Our only obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective part at our discretion. If you suspect a part is defective, you must call us immediately or the warranty may be void. If you get an RGA number and include a copy of the original invoice, we will pay the freight on returns of the defective products. All returns must be packaged properly and insured. We will not warrant parts damaged in transit due to improper packaging. We are not responsible for labor, loss of use, or any other incidental or consequential damages or expenses of any kind. This warranty is voided by misuse, alteration, improper installation, accident or neglect. If it’s determined that the old part must be sent back to Alien Enclosures, Alien Enclosures must receive back all items sent to the customer, regardless of what part is defective. Failure to return all parts upon request may result in delays of correcting issues or not being able to warrant the product at all. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, ORAL OR WRITTEN, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND USE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
